Wayne Anderson

Wayne L. Anderson, age 76 of Oxford passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at his home.  Wayne was born in Poynette on November 1, 1947 and graduated from Pardeeville High School.  He went on to proudly serve his country as a member of the United States Army from 1967 until 1969.  Following his time in the service, he worked in South Carolina and ultimately settled in Central Wisconsin to raise his family.  Wayne worked on the railroad and retired after 40 years of faithful employment.   He enjoyed spending time with his animals and will be remembered for his sense of humor.

Wayne is survived by his four children:  Kim (Kelly) Cavanaugh, Rolanda Tadman, Josh (Brandi) Anderson and Todd Anderson as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by his sister, Sharon Grossman and other extended family members.

Wayne is preceded in death by his parents, seven siblings, granddaughter, Emylia and great-granddaughter, Annabelle.

Honoring Wayne’s wishes, he will be cremated and laid to rest at Central Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in King.
