Susan Wright

Susan Lynn Wright , age 59 of Montello passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at her home with her husband by her side on Wednesday, August 28, 2019.  Susan was born in Jackson, Michigan on July 14, 1960 to James and Doris (Flowers) Willard.  She married Scott Wright on July 24, 1999 in Montello.  Susan was a fun loving individual; she enjoyed: gardening, fishing, baking and of course her pets.  She always kept up with her friends either through personal gatherings or social media.  Susan was employed at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage for 12 years and while her health allowed, she and Scott enjoyed traveling. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Packwaukee.  Susan loved her family and especially spending time with her grandson.  She will be greatly missed.

Susan leaves behind her husband, Scott, two step-children: Brent Wright and Amanda Reidner both of Montello as well as four step-grandchildren: Dakota, McKenzie, Hunter and Autumn.  She is also survived by her brother, James Willard Jr., nephew, Nicholas Blake and many extended family and friends.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law, Dorothy Mueller, brother-in-law, William “Billy” Wright as well as her maternal and paternal grandparents.

The family invites you to a memorial service for Susan Wright on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Packwaukee.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.   Pastor Larry Sheppard will preside and inurnment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the family.
