Susan Bauknecht

Susan 'Susie' Bauknecht, age 45 of Montello died early Sunday morning, October 14, 2012 in an automobile accident. Susan was born on November 13, 1966 in Waupun to Ronald and Corinne (Ruhland) Heilmeier. She attended school in Montello and later owned and operated Susie's Cleaning Service. Susie loved her family very much as well as her cat, Peanut. She liked to ride motorcycles and had the gift to start a conversation with anyone and everyone. Susie was an avid Packers fan and spent a lot of time connecting with friends on Facebook. She was always up for a good time and will be missed by her family and many friends. Susie is survived by her parents, daughter, Kayla Bauknecht of Montello and two siblings: Sharon Buchholz of Delavan and Robert (Becky) Heilmeier of Westfield. She is also survived by the father of her daughter, Dean Bauknecht of Montello as well as nieces and nephews. Susie is preceded in death by her brother, Steven Heilmeier and sister, Linda Hansen as well as her grandparents. A Celebration of Susie's Life will be held at the Marquette Community Church, 610 Doty Street, Montello at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2012. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the church. Pastor Kirt Schmidt will officiate and a private family inurnment will take place at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Montello at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family. Crawford Funeral Home of Montello is assisting the family with arrangements. www.CrawfordFH.com
