Sheila Burke

Sheila Ann Burke, age 73 of Montello (Lake Puckaway) passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family.  Sheila was born in Madison to John and Vila (Boylen) Elliott on November 19, 1946.  She was united in marriage on April 16, 1966 to James Burke at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Madison.  They had many wonderful years together.

Sheila leaves behind her loving husband James of 54 years.  She was the loving mother of six children: Kari Burke, Shawn (Carla Cartwright) Burke, Kasi (Christian) Francois, Kristi (Michael) Murphy, Kolleen Burke and Elliott (Crystal Dodson) Burke.  She was also the loving grandmother of nine grandchildren: Matthew (Catherine) Burke, Leah Fleury, Calob Burke and Kira, Kyla and Kody Colburn,  Kayla (Randy) Theisen, Kyle Murphy and Kory (Kinsey) Murphy and two great-grandchildren: Aspen Theisen and Adelyn Murphy .  Sheila is further survived by her sister, Donna Hellenbrand, sisters-in-law: Mollie Elliott and Cheryl (Carl Titgemeier) Kennedy and brother-in-law, Bill (Andree’) Burke.  Sheila will be greatly missed by her huge Irish family and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
