Sandy Reilly

Santina "Sandy" Reilly, age 91 of Montello passed away peacefully, early Sunday morning, October 27, 2013 at the Heartland House in Wautoma. Sandy was born in West Allis, WI to Peter and Angeline (Mazurco) Congelosi on February 18, 1922. She married Leroy J. Reilly in Louisville, KY on December 4, 1943. Together they lived and worked in Milwaukee from 1945 until moving to Montello in 1976. Leroy preceded her in death on April 10, 1988. Sandy enjoyed reading, knitting, baking, crocheting, vacuuming and also the family dogs. She worked for Frietag Chevrolet for 17 years and was a very devout Catholic; attending both St. Andrew and St. John the Baptist Catholic Churches of the Montello area. Sandy's greatest love was her family; she cared for them with all her heart and will be greatly missed. Sandy is survived by her four sons: Michael (JoAnn) of New Berlin, Patrick of Montello, Brian (Charleen) of Coloma and Timothy (Marie) of Germantown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as three siblings: Sally, Marietta and Geri. Sandy is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, husband and five sisters: Josie, Anna, Nickie, Rosie and Jackie and special friend, Del Sabor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Montello. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until the hour of service at the church. Father Dave Carrano will preside and burial will follow at St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery, town of Buffalo.
