Ronald Bensing

Ronald "Ron" Bensing, age 77 of Montello passed away peacefully Monday evening, February 24, 2014 at Golden Years CBRF in Montello. He was born in Waukesha on May 27, 1936 to Cornelius and Adele (Grabe) Bensing. Ron worked road construction throughout the country for over 40 years; he married Elizabeth Becker in Colorado in October of 1994 and together settled in Montello in 1996. After retiring from road construction, Ron enjoyed spending his time fishing and farming.

Ron is survived by his wife, Elizabeth and one son, Thomas and one daughter, Katie Bensing, both of Milwaukee. He is further survived by his sister, Judith Piper of Waukesha. Ron is preceded in death by his parents and twin brother, Roger. Following Ron's wishes, no formal service will be held.
