Ronald David Barron Sr., 75, of Wisconsin Dells, passed away on August 2, 2014 at his home in Wisconsin Dells. Ronald was born in Packwaukee, Wisconsin to William and Amanda Barron on July 25, 1939. He was a veteran of the 2nd airborne 45th infantry and served in the United States Army. Ronald is survived by his wife, Mary Barron and former wife, Sharyl Meenen, children: Ronald (Sabrina) Barron Jr., Lonnie Barron, Cal Barron, Chad (Amber) Barron, Jason (Jamie) Barron, Bradley Barron, and Matthew Meenen. He is also survived by four brothers: Sonny, Larry, Darwin, and Allen Barron, and four sisters: Mandy Lou, Lillian, Trudy and Charlotte as well as twenty-three grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren along with several step-brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents and sister Emaline. Funeral services will be held for Ron on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home, 453 E. Park Street, Montello. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service. Pastor Clint Rudesill will officiate and burial with full military honors will follow at the Montello City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the family.
