Robert Klewer

Robert "Big Bob" Klewer, age 56 of Montello passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 24, 2014 at his home. Bob was born in Milwaukee on November 25, 1957 to William and Lillian (Rosella) Klewer. He graduated from West Milwaukee High School and furthered his education in auto body repair. He owned and operated his own auto body shop in Milwaukee until 1988 at which time he moved to the Montello Area. In Montello, he operated a bait shop on Buffalo Lake and later worked as an auto body technician for a local car dealer. Bob loved to fish and teach others how to fish. He was a talented auto refinisher and also enjoyed rebuilding classic cars. Bob will always be remembered as very talkative and friendly person; but most of all as a wonderful father to his children. Bob leaves behind his daughter, Jessica Klewer of Montello, step-children: Stefanie (Ryan) Buchberger of Kenosha and Eric (Maria) Feider of Ripon and two grandsons: Hunter and Benjamin. He is also survived by his siblings: William (Wendy) Klewer of Muskego and Diane Kulaszewicz of West Allis and Jessica's mother, Tina Swanke of Princeton. Bob is further survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Bob is preceded in death by his parents and his Oma. A celebration of Bob's Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 7th at his home on Buffalo Lake. Please bring a dish to pass and your own beer to celebrate.
