James McNamara

James 'Jimmy' Daniel McNamara, age 55, of Montello died early Sunday morning, August 28, 2011 at UW Hospital in Madison from injuries he sustained from a motorcycle accident. Jimmy was born in Portage to Dan and Joan (Crossley) McNamara on May 2, 1956. He graduated from Montello High School in 1974 and has been employed by DuMore Corporation of Mauston for the past 17 years. Jimmy loved life and enjoyed making others laugh. He was known for his ability to fix anything and was always willing to help others. Jimmy enjoyed spending time traveling on his motorcycle and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed. Jimmy is survived by his father, Dan, fianci�½e, Julie Hebein of Montello and four daughters: Erica (Abe) McNamara of Brookfield, Tabitha (Rick) Pierce, Jackie (Derek) Krentz and Stacy (Jon) Myers all of Montello. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Ashley, Austin, Emma, Owen, Jonathan and Orion as well as three brothers: Michael (Sandy) of New Berlin, Thomas of Fontana, CA and David (Gina) of Fresno, CA. Jimmy is preceded in death by his mother, Joan. A prayer service led by Father Michael Richel will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Crawford Funeral Home of Montello is assisting the family with arrangements.
