Gail Newport

Gail Newport, age 69 of Montello passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her home Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Gail was born November 1, 1941 in Blue Island, IL to Henry and Eugenia (Bush) Bisaga. She worked various jobs as a beautician and bar owner; all the while caring for her family. She moved to Montello with her husband Chuck in 1993. Gail enjoyed fishing, gardening and reading. She was also known for her talents in needlework and sewing and her love for animals. Gail was a very determined and hard working individual and will always be remembered for her sense of humor and fearless attitude toward life. She will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband Chuck of Montello, two daughters: Jodi (Bob) Ott of Reedsburg and Kathy O'Leary of Madison. She is further survived by two grandsons: Ryan and Eric Ott. Preceding Gail in death are her parents and brother, Rick Bisaga. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 1:30p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home with Rev.
