Florence A. Bloom, age 96 of Montello and formerly of Arlington Heights, IL went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, December 16, 2013 from the Residences on Forest Lane in Montello. She was born in Chicago on September 4, 1917 to John and Angela (Kasprowicz) Kotas. She graduated from Kelley High School in 1935 and married Lester Eisermann on April 23, 1938; he preceded her in death on January 3, 1962. Florence later married Merton Bloom in May of 1969 and he preceded her in death in 1979. She lived in Arlington Heights, IL until recently moving to Montello to be closer to her family. Florence enjoyed playing bridge as well as traveling and shopping. She was a very devout member of the Catholic Faith and throughout her life cared for her family very much. Florence is survived by her son, James (Diane) Eisermann of Montello along with five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, daughter, Sharon Valentino, one brother and four sisters. Private services followed by interment will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Evergreen Park, IL.
