Donald Marose

Donald B. Marose, age 76 of Montello passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at his home. Donald was born in Waukesha, WI on April 11, 1935 to Emil and Rose (Burrie) Marose. He valiantly served his country as a member of the U.S. Marines from 1956 until 1958. Upon returning from the service, Donald married Jean Moritz on October 7, 1961 in Waukesha and together worked in the Milwaukee area until moving to Montello in 1973. Jean preceded Donald in death on in April of 2009. Donald was a carpenter and mason by trade, but also enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as dogs. A graveside service led by Pastor Clint Rudesill will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Montello City Cemetery. Full military honors will follow the service.
