Billy Magee

Billy "Bill" Mack Magee , age 84 of Montello passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo. Bill was born in Olney, Texas on May 4, 1937 the son of Homer and Mildred (Porter) Magee.  Bill worked for many years as a Union Steamfitter and Master Plumber. Bill also owned and operated Magee Plumbing and Heating in Montello.  He married Florence (Balinski) Schultz on November 19, 1976 and at that time they blended two families.  Bill was an avid bear and deer hunter. He also enjoyed spending time with his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his wife Florence, sons: Dusty Magee of Saucier, MS, Bobby (Janet) Magee of De Pere and Don (Dolly) Schultz of Beach Park, IL and daughter, Debi Selje of Pardeeville.  He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

When Bill entered the Heavenly Gates he was met by his parents, son, Ron Schultz, daughter, Teri Hawkins, two great-grandchildren, brother and sisters.

Private family services for Bill will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made directly to the family.
