Audrey Reichhoff

Audrey Jane Reichhoff, age 85 of Oxford passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, October 7, 2016 at her home. Audrey was born in Wyville, Monroe County, WI on January 18, 1931 to Harold and Jennie (Christensen) Roberts. She graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 1948 and married Edwin Reichhoff on January 1, 1949 in Adams. Edwin preceded Audrey in death on April 13, 2009. Audrey was a longtime resident of Oxford and member of the First Presbyterian Church in Oxford where she served in many different capacities. She gave much of her time serving as secretary of the Oxford Village Library Board and volunteering at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage. Audrey enjoyed reading, playing cards, bowling, bingo and sewing. She also enjoyed traveling and camping but most of all spending time with family and friends. Audrey is survived by three sons: Roger (Roxy), David (Karlene), Greg (Laura Selje) and four daughters: Kathy Cappel, Susan (Sheldon) Lloyd, Debby (Robin) Johnson and Ruth (Kevin) Cortleyou. She is also survived by daughters-in-law, Doloris, Wynette and former daughter-in-law, Kelly Reichhoff, sister-in-law, Dorothy (Hans) Menck, brothers-in-law: Duane and Francis as well as special nieces: Linda Bauer and Ginger Swiercz. Audrey is further survived by 24 grandchildren: Heather (Jeremiah) Alloway, Carmen (Kyle) Krueger, Erin (Matt Olson) Gonzales, Kari (Mike) Banovec, Brenda (Scott) Petersen, Bradley Lloyd, Jennie (Patsy Domico) Lloyd, Abby (Jason Riley) Dee, Kimberly (Jared Roberts) Gurney, Rachel Johnson, Leslie (Gladden) Bailey, Kristy (Dan) Stephens, Janet Reichhoff, Samantha Reichhoff, Elizabeth (Mike) Anderson, Audrey (Kasey) Pershing, Michael (Ashley) Mallder, Treazure (Kyle) Kotlowski, Amanda Reichhoff, Jeremy Reichhoff, Savanna Reichhoff, Michelle (Bryan) Anderson, Michael (Jan) Krueger and Melissa (Tom) Bagley as well as 43 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Audrey is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons: Lee and Boyce, brothers: Keith and Vernon Roberts and sister-in-law, Joan. She is also preceded in death by sisters: Betty Fide, Shirley Symons and Joan Gent and son-in-law, Jon Cappel. A funeral service for Audrey Reichhoff will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Oxford. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Pastor Brenda Pulver will preside and following the service burial will take place at the Oxford Village Cemetery.
